Destiny 2 guide: Bird of Prey quest, Feathers of Light locations

Weeks after players first got their hands on the update Hawkmoon in Destiny 2, Bungie launched the Harbinger privy mission to give players the Hawkmoon Catalyst and a randomly rolled fringe benefit. But inside Harbinger is another fixed of objectives, a server of feathers hidden around the mission. By picking up the “ Bird of Prey ” quest and collecting the feathers, players can earn Crow ’ s raw ship, the Radiant Accipiter .

Pick up ‘Bird of Prey’

You can pick up the “ Bird of Prey ” quest prior to completing Harbinger and earning your first base randomly rolled Hawkmoon.

head to Crow in the Tangled Shore — notice there is no flashing quest icon for him. Talk to him and look toward the bottom of his inventory. You ’ ll notice an exotic pursuit logo. Pick up “ Bird of Prey ” and lead to Trostland in the EDZ to start Harbinger .
You can find several feathers throughout the mission. The locations change each workweek .

Feather of Light 1 — Week 1

The first Feather of Light in the Week 1 rotation international relations and security network ’ t until after the jump puzzle, right before you defeat the first Emissary .
In the long room, lower the Wizard Emissary ’ s health so they teleport off. Find their way and follow them. You ’ ll embark a room with a lock gate. If you look at heart, you ’ ll see a pack of feathers. Look to your leave, at the wall. You ’ ll see a switch over. interact with the switch on the wall to open the gate. Walk inside to claim some Feathers of Light .

Feather of Light 1 — Week 2

The first Feather of Light in the Week 2 rotations isn ’ triiodothyronine until after the alternate puzzle, correct after you defeat the first Emissary .
Lower the Emissary ’ s health until you can chase them through the decameter. Follow them into a break in room with multiple floors. When you defeat the Emissary, jump up to the second floor and count for a big box. The Feather of Light it sitting on the box .

Feather of Light 2 — Week 1

The second bundle of Feathers of Light in the Week 1 rotation is fair after you defeat the second Emissary .
Like you did with the Wizard Emissary, lower the Cabal Emissary ’ s health until they retreat. Follow them and defeat them. Inside their knob board, look up at the walk ( above the pumps ). Jump up there and you ’ ll find some Feathers of Light .

Feather of Light 2 — Week 2

The second bundle of Feathers of Light in the Week 2 rotation is precisely after you defeat the moment Emissary .
Follow the Cabal Emissary through the dam and past the traffic circle room. Defeat the Emissary and then look around for a cable box on the wall — depending on where you came in, it ’ south right next to the door. You ’ ll find some Feathers of Light sitting on the cable television box .

Feather of Light 3 — Week 1

The third pack of Feathers of Light in the Week 1 rotation are fair before you defeat the final Emissary.

Lower the Captain Emissary ’ s health in the long room and follow it. When you reach the circular room, climb up past the door you need to enter to find the Emissary. Keep climbing until you reach the top. The feathers are sitting on a box on the highest platform .

Feathers of Light 3 — Week 2

The third pack of Feathers of Light in the Week 2 rotation is just after you defeat the final examination Emissary .
After you defeat the Captain Emissary, go out the back and follow the path until you reach the barricade gate. The Feathers of Light are sitting on the reason next to the gate .

Survive cache

Keep progress past the Emissaries and into the elephantine arena. Complete the Survive meet and loot the breast before moving forward in Harbinger. You ’ ll get a big bundle of feathers from the chest .

Feather of Light 4 — Week 1

From the Survive brush in the Week 1 rotation, make your way into the mushroom cave. Press fore until you ’ ra near the end. You ’ ll reach a large platform with some metal beams above you — some Taken engender nearby, on the chopine you finally need to jump to, to try and kill you. On the large platform, under the metallic element glow, you ’ ll find the fourthly bunch of feathers sitting on a box .

Feather of Light 4 — Week 2

Feather of Light 5 — Week 1

The final feather package in the Week 1 rotation is fair before the boss room. Defeat the unstoppable champion in the mushroom cave and lower the barrier to the Shard room. But alternatively of going in, turn right and follow the short path to a dead end. You ’ ll find some feathers here. Grab them before fighting Akorith .

Feather of Light 5 — Week 2

The final feather bunch in the Week 2 rotation is inside the knob room. At the very back of the room, you ’ ll see a Taken waterfall. The Feather of Light package is sitting at the base of the waterfall .

If you run the mission again on your second or third characters, you ’ ll gain Feathers of Light from completing the Survive and Akorith encounters, but you won ’ triiodothyronine be able to pick up the hide feathers. If you use multiple characters, you can earn adequate Feathers of Light to get Crow ’ s ship after lone two weeks.

Return to the Hawk of Light

once you have all 100 Feathers of Light, you ’ ll need to return them to the Hawk of Light. You can mark the aim on your map but it won ’ t avail a lot .
Head back to Trostland in the EDZ and go into the build where you start Harbinger. But rather of going through the fireplace, take the door out the back. You ’ ll be in the lapp area as the mission itself, but the way is far dim-witted. Follow the pipe and run through the dam until you reach the combat arena. Defeat the enemies and then climb up to the door and “ commune with the Traveler. ”
