Tools Let me start by saying that on newspaper, this wag is beneficial hit for the buck. however, after purchasing this wag at the end of November last class, it has lasted all of possibly 6 months. ( not what I would call graphics intensive. ) on the spur of the moment one day it would n’t post : would n’t office on at all. Fans wo n’t spin..no signal sent. I troubleshot it down to everything inadequate of taking it apart and checking the circuitry. This is not even the part that concerns me the most. The part that concerns me the most is that after contacting their guarantee department, getting responses from them was few and far between, and the responses were patronizing and ill-bred. The company makes the consumer pay the return transportation of the product with track ( about $ 10 transport in the US ), and there is no reimbursement if the equipment is indeed faulty parts and not drug user error. The people I talked to were crude and curtly with me on the earphone, stating such phrases as “ look dame ” and telling me that if he sent me a prepay embark pronounce that I was going to get him written up, and that my intent was to get him fire. I was very civil with him, as I have experience with Customer Service jobs myself. Nothing effective was ever accomplished cursorily by being ill-mannered to people fair doing a speculate. It can even be AMD or Nvidia … they DO NOT CARE. And what they send back to you is something that has been licked and sticked and sent on it ‘s room with absurd QA, because what they send you rear is not a new surrogate, it is a refurbish thing. Buyer BEWARE. If I could give them no stars I would. This manufacturer has respective complaints against them, and I wish I had done my due diligence.
